Dr. Randy Guliuzza, Dr. Jeff Tomkins, and Dr. Brian Thomas will speak on biblical creation during the Made in His Image Seminar at the ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History in Dallas, Texas. The human body is an amazing feat of biological engineering, with myriad interconnecting systems that produce unique capabilities. ICR’s Made in His Image Seminar examines the human body in all its wonder—created by God fully functional, fully human, and fully in His image. Each presentation reinforces the knowledge that every person is special to God, created with unique physical abilities, intellect, and spiritual life to fulfill His purpose.

10:35 a.m.	Dr. Randy Guliuzza	"The Image of God: Why it Matters"	The image of God was brought into existence during the creation week and was uniquely infused into humans. You will learn what the image of God is and why only human beings bear this precious gift. This image gives humans a special status in creation and has real day-to-day implications. It’s the most important factor in how people should treat each other and other creatures across the whole spectrum of life.

12:35 p.m.	Dr. Jeff Tomkins	"Jesus Loves the Little Children: Explaining Red, Yellow, Black and White"	The media, movies, and nature programs overwhelmingly emphasize the idea that humans evolved from primate ancestors and that some people groups are more highly evolved than others. But what do genetics say? Dr. Tomkins shows that the diversity in physical characteristics of people demonstrates God’s creativity and that we share more in common genetically than Darwin ever realized. Science shows that all people were uniquely created in the image of God, just as Genesis says.

1:20 p.m.	Dr. Brian Thomas	"Adam, Not Apes"	Polls show that illustrations of ape-like human ancestors convince more Americans of evolution than any other subject. Dr. Thomas shows how to place ape-man candidate fossils into three Genesis-friendly categories.
